Mark Mardirossian’s book “I Did! it From Iraq to Freedom”: A True Story had circulated a full circle among readers, positive critics, book festivals, and reviewers. The events time line below took place as follows and is still ongoing.

  • The book was published and released by Christian Faith Publishing as the first publisher.
  • Ms. Gini Graham Scott, PHD (Change Makers Publishing and Writing) who had evaluated the entire book as a positive critic as “The book is well written and presents detailed and vivid narrative that puts the reader into the story.”
  • I was invited to do a book signing at Barnes & Noble Burbank California’s store.
  • The book participated in combined book exhibit in New York City, New York, which had resulted a positive boost in sales of many copies.
  • I was invited to do a book signing at Barnes & Noble Americana’s store in Glendale California.  Great interaction with the public Q&A.
  • Filmways Pictures LTD had found the book very interesting and done some assessment that “I Did It!  From Iraq to Freedom: A True Story is truly a remarkable book and can only be  described as compelling and inspirational.  It is a well-written story of how tragedy can lead to the road to transmuting trauma.
  • New publisher (Citi of Books) was hired to re-publish the book as a second addition.  Thank you Ms. Chloe Bennett, senior marketing director for your vital and aggressive marketing approach and agendas.  And thank you Ms. Zari Castro who is the book fulfillment officer for your literature skills and efforts.  The publisher recommended and considered adopting the story as a limited TV series, and a movie coverage script was born.
  • The book was put up for a competition at JM Northern Media book festival, which had won an Honorable Mentions title and it’s schedule to be recognized with an award in August of this year to receive a certified copy of the award to be held at The Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood California.
  • The book participated at the Los Angeles Festival of books through Citi of Books as an exhibitor that was held at the USC campus and it was a subject of exposure to more than 20 thousand attendees.
